Honey & black pepper partridge sitting on a squash puree and served with a parsnip crisp

Smoked salmon terrine served with oat-cakes and dill pickled cucumber

Seared & oven baked rack of lamb (served pink) with a roasted shallot, and a garlic, rosemary & red wine sauce

Pan-fried red mullet with lemon & garlic tiger prawns and a deep fried crab ball, served with a lobster bisque

Mushroom, butternut squash & beetroot wellington, with a tomato, pepper & sweet chilli sauce

Roast duck breast and confit duck leg, sitting alongside a sauteed oyster mushroom and a port & blueberry sauce

All main course dishes served with gratin dauphinoise and roasted baby carrots & courgettes

Desserts

Rose panna cotta topped with a freeze dried raspberry meringue shard

Marquise au chocolat, complimented with a Cointreau whipped cream and Biscoff crumb

Selection of cheeses - blue, cheddar, brie, camembert, comte served with biscuits and a fruit chutney

Trio of mini crème brulee: lemon, white chocolate and Amaretto, served with shortbread
