The Rollestone Manor has 7 ensuite bedrooms, all named after previous owners of the Manor house and offering comfort and quality whilst having an individuality of their own.

They are all furnished with some of the antique furniture which has been in this home for years, and which compliments the period features found here.

Modern day comforts are available, and all rooms benefit from a Smart TV, USB plugs, complimentary Wi-Fi and a welcome tray.

All our rooms are furnished with double or king-double beds, one of which can be set up with twin beds if preferred. Mrs Smith room is on the ground floor should the steep staircase to the first floor prove difficult.

You are able to check in from 3pm, and we ask that rooms are vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. Unfortunately, the house and rooms are unsuitable for children and we also do not allow pets at the Rollestone Manor.

UK bed sizes: Double 135cm wide; King-double 150cm wide.

All the above prices are per room per night and include full English breakfast for two people.

For single occupancy rates, please deduct £10 per room, per night.

You are able to check in to Rollestone Manor from 3pm and we do secure and lock the main door to the house at 11pm.

If you are attending a Wedding Reception or party in the area, and will return later than 11pm, please contact us prior to booking.

When checking out, we ask that the room is vacated by 11am.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house, and the rooms and house are not suitable for children.

Room cancellations

If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to arrival there will be no charge. For any cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation value.  Once you’ve arrived here, if a room is cancelled or the stay cut short, the full amount of the original reservation value is due. We recommend you have travel insurance, and if you need clarification on our cancellation terms, please contact us.

Group payment and cancellation policy

A £280 non-refundable deposit is required within a week of a provisional booking.  The full balance of the rooms booked is required two weeks prior to arrival date, non-refundable if the room/s cancelled between this balance payment and arrival date.  If your booking is cancelled prior to two weeks to arrival date, the balance is not due, but the initial £280 deposit is non-refundable.
